I had a failure with my aids and Audibel worked me in the same day, on examination a component had failed and they will send them in to refurbish. I don’t think you could expect any better response than that.

Brent Caruthers was very efficient, professional, he explained every procedure, and thorough. He spent an hour testing my hearing, cleaned out wax, put me in sound proof booth, and then showed me in detail where my hearing loss showed up on the charts. I will recommend him to my friends who need corrective action taken with hearing loss.

He even called me back later in the afternoon to make sure everything was going well with my new hearing devices. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
I needed to get in quickly for a hearing exam before an ENT appointment and Audibel hearing was able to get me in within days. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. After my exam, my test results were explained to me with in detail and I left with a copy of the hearing exam in my hand that I could take to the ENT. I would highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience with my ear exam and hearing test today. They really listened to all of my concerns, thoroughly examined my ears, performed a complete hearing test, and came up with a great plan moving forward. I felt heard, cared for, and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!
